Options enable anyone to purchase and sell a particular bond or stock at a fixed price and time.
When you have successfully divided your various investment into bonds, mutual funds, stocks and the cash equivalents, you have done “asset allocation”.
As lucrative as some investment look, don’t get involved until you know all there is to know about it. If you are just starting out in investment, it’s recommended that you take only limited risk.
It is always a good idea to think about an investment before you choose to do it. One of the best ways to decide on an investment is to do your research before you buy it. It can save you a lot of trouble and save you money.
