Based in Seattle, Washington, EverGuard is a specialty Program Administrator (PA) focused on providing commercial P&C products to restaurants, bars and taverns. The company operates an exclusive national program that utilizes a distribution channel of over 500 retail brokers and provides commercial insurance solutions to end clients across 35 states. Principals of the firm Tom Gillingham and John Mahoney will join NFP as managing directors of its P&C division and will report to Executive Vice President and CEO of NFP P&C, Terry Scali.
