Oil spill from sunken tanker reaches Athens Riviera

An oil spill from a sunken tanker off the Greek coast has spread to the Athens Riviera, Reuters reported. The vessel, Agia Zoni II carrying 2,500 tons of fuel, sank off the island of Salamis on Sep. 10. The Hellenic Coast Guard said authorities had sealed the shipwreck on Sep. 12 and there was no further spillage.
